A Livingston County man is facing new charges in the murder of a Rochester man.
48-year-old Ruben Ortiz of Piffard has been indicted on 2nd-degree murder, evidence tampering, and concealing a corpse.
He allegedly killed 28-year-old Luis Leon earlier this month, then dumped his body in a Cattaraugus County field.
Investigators say Leon was dating Ortiz's sister, and it was she who reported Leon missing.
