The suspect in an August 9th fatal hit-and-run has turned himself in.
Rochester Police say 21-year-old Jordyn Green is charged with leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in death, not having a license, and driving without one for a second time.
64 year old Moung No died on August 13 after being hit a few days earlier on Lexington Avenue and Straub Street.
Police say Green stopped to check on him, but they drove off.
