A Newark man is guilty of sexually abusing a developmentally-disabled child in Ontario County.
36-year-old Daniel Croll was convicted of course of sexual conduct against a child.
Prosecutors say the victim was abused over 5 years, starting when the child was under the age of 11.
Croll was on parole for a 2021 attempted criminal sexual act conviction in Monroe County, also involving a developmentally-disabled child.
He'll be sentenced in October.
