UPDATE: Ogden police have named the victim in a deadly motorcycle crash.
They say 24-year-old Dylan Champion of Hamlin was riding on Washington Street Sunday night, when he lost control near Ogden Parma Town Line Road and hit a guardrail.
Champion was dead at the scene.
Investigators believe speed was the main cause of the crash.
