Rochester police have an arrest in a murder earlier this month in an apartment on Niagara Street.
Police say 38-year-old Roger Coley Jr. was found dead with a gunshot wound to the face.
Police say they found Coley had been in an argument and a physical confrontation with 24-year-old Anthony Robinson.
Robinson then grabbed a shotgun and shot Coley in the face before running away.
Members of a United States Marshals Violent Felony Fugitive task Force located Robinson on Glenwood Avenue on the West Side, and arrested him without incident. He's been charged with second-degree murder.
Robinson also had outstanding warrants for assault in the city, and with the Monroe County Sheriff's Department for criminal possession of a stolen car.
