The man accused of killing a co-worker at the Wegmans Warehouse in Gates has been indicted, and could be arraigned as soon as today.
Gates Police say 32-year-old Kyshonn Green gunned down 25-year-old J’Mere Ridley-Smith inside the warehouse last month.
Green was arrested while getting off a bus in Knoxville, Tennessee the following day.
He was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge, and extradition back to the area to face a 2nd-degree murder charge is underway.
