UPDATE: Suspect, Victim Named in Deadly Shooting at Wegmans Warehouse

UPDATE: Gates Police have named both the suspect and victim of the deadly shooting at the Wegmans warehouse.

They say 32-year-old Kyshonn Green gunned down 25-year-old J’Mere Ridley-Smith inside the warehouse Saturday afternoon.

Green then allegedly fled to Knoxville, Tennessee, where he was arrested last night.

Police Chief Rob Long says it was a team effort to get a quick arrest.

Green will be extradited back to the area to face a 2nd-degree murder charge.

Police don't have a motive for the shooting.

Long says there's no connection to Thursday's homicide at the Amazon Fulfillment Center.
