Rochester Man Guilty Again in Ex-Girlfriend's Murder

A Rochester man whose guilty plea in the death of an ex-girlfriend was thrown out by an appellate court is now guilty for a second time.

Roger Wiggins has been convicted of second-degree murder for the June 2018 stabbing death of Tracy Henton-Williams.

Police said Wiggins stabbed her while she and Wiggins were in a car in Gates traveling 40 miles an hour.

She fell from the car and died from her injuries.

The appeals court tossed his 2019 conviction last year over evidence concerns.

Wiggins will be sentenced next month.
