There's an arrest in a hit-and-run on Rochester's north side last month that seriously injured a 12-year-old boy.
42-year-old Terry Britt is charged with leaving the scene and unlicensed driving.
Police say Britt hit the boy on an electric scooter near Avenue D and Bauman Street.
He then allegedly stopped to yell at the boy and his father, before speeding away.
The boy's injuries are described as life-altering.
