UPDATE: Charges are filed against the teen shot during a robbery at a Greece convenience store.
The unnamed 17-year-old was arraigned last night on 1st-degree robbery and 2nd-degree attempted robbery.
The teen remains in the hospital after surgery.

Greece Police say they have an injured person in custody, after he was shot this morning during a robbery.
It happened around 7:45 at a convenience store at Denise and Clearview Roads.
An employee shot the suspect with a legal handgun.
The suspect then ran to a home blocks away on Lake Avenue, where he was arrested.
Police believe he was the same person who robbed the same store just over a week ago.
He's in stable condition at the hospital.
There's no word yet on the charges.
