UPDATE: An arrest in a double shooting on Rochester's north side.
18-year-old Michael Garcia has been charged with Attempted Murder, Assault, and gun crimes.
The RPD SWAT team took Garcia and several others into custody in Brockport late yesterday morning.
This, after a 17-year-old girl and a man in his 30s were hit by gunfire on Alphonse Street, near Thomas Street.
The girl remains in life-threatening condition, while the man is stable.
Garcia will be arraigned this morning.

Police say a 17-year-old girl and a man in his 30s were hit by gunfire on Alphonse Street, near Thomas Street, at around 1:30 this morning.
The teen is critically injured, and the man is expected to survive.
A vehicle was stopped in Brockport in connection to the shooting, but no arrests have been announced yet.
