A Monroe County grand jury has handed up an indictment in a shooting nearly a year ago that killed two people and wounded two others.
Twenty-eight-year-old Lakwan Hannah is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted murder, plus assault and two gun crimes.
Hannah is accused of gunning down Jared Perry and Marquis Chambers last May 4 on a porch on Lyell Avenue.
Two women were wounded.
Police said at the time Hannah had been involved in an altercation with the victims earlier in the evening.
Hannah was arrested in Texas in February.
