The second of two men charged in a deadly beating in Rochester early on Christmas morning 2023 has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.
That's the maximum 34-year-old Guy Mustgray the Second could be sentenced to after pleading guilty in February to 1st-degree manslaughter.
Prosecutors say he and Brucewayne Beaman pistol-whipped and kicked 60-year-old Michael DiCesare during a robbery at the corner of Bay Street and Portland Avenue.
DiCesare suffered serious head injuries and never regained consciousness before dying in the hospital.
Beaman pleaded guilty to to manslaughter in October, and was sentenced to 25 years in prison in December.
