Rochester Man Sentenced in Deadly Drive-By Shooting

A man convicted in a fatal drive-by shooting on Wellington Avenue will serve 40 years to life in prison.

34-year-old Marlon Williams was found guilty in October of second-degree murder and gun crimes in the shooting death of 24-year-old Shaquan Parker in July 2022.

Williams is also accused of firing at three people standing in a driveway on First Street two months later.

Williams has prior felony convictions for robbery and assault.
