A man has been indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury after shooting another man last month on Lyell Avenue.
The grand jury indicted 34-year-old Keith Williams of Rochester after he shot the 61-year-old victim on the street.
He's charged with first degree assault plus two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
Police applied a tourniquet to the victim which saved his life and he is recovering.
