40 year old Michael Benjamin has been convicted of kidnapping, sexual assault and gun charges after taking a woman off North Clinton Avenue in May of last year.
Police later found he not only took her by force, but sexually assaulted her.
The charges include three counts of Predatory Sexual Assault, Kidnapping in the 2nd Degree, two counts of Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree, two counts of Criminal Sexual Act in the 1st Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
Benjamin will be sentenced March 11th.
