26-year-old Christopher Long Jr. of Rochester now faces aggravated vehicular homicide, manslaughter, and DWI.
Police say his car went off the expressway at the Culver Road exit, rolled multiple times, then hit a pole and landed in the Culver Road Armory parking lot.
18-year-old Skylar Swift and 23-year-old Aleci Lopez of Rochester were killed in the crash, while a third person was hospitalized.
Long also allegedly fought with State Police at the crash scene.
