A teen has been arrested in a fatal shooting on Rochester's southwest side.
16-year-old Ramell Griffin is charged with 2nd-degree murder, along with assault and a gun crime.
Police say he gunned down 18-year-old Devin Barstow outside the Flint Street Rec Center during a robbery October 7th.
Griffin was already being held for allegedly stealing a car.
He's due back in court Thursday.
