Rochester police have arrested a 17-year-old in the death of a Rochester man who was shot multiple times on Seth Green Drive back in September.
52-year-old Rodney Corbit died of his injuries on October 3rd after being brought to the hospital.
Police say their investigation identified 17-year-old Alvin Nickson as the shooter, and he was arrested after a foot chase by police and U.S. Marshals.
He's charged with second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police say Nickson and Corbit knew each other, but they are not disclosing any motive for the shooting.
Nickson has been arraigned in Family Court and sent to the Monroe County Children's Detention Center.
