An Ontario County man is charged in the death of another man last Spring.
Deputies say 32-year-old Nicholas Pascazi the Third punched 55-year-old Teddy Read of Rushville in the head in April, as Read was breaking up a fight between Pascazi and another man in Gorham.
Read hit his head on the concrete floor, and died in the hospital three weeks later.
Pascazi is charged with manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, and assault.
He's free on bail.
