Rochester police have made an arrest in a deadly shooting last month on the city's north side.
24-year-old Angelito Diaz-Escalera faces 2nd-degree murder and a gun crime.
Police say he gunned down 29-year-old Christopher Romero-Warren at an auto shop on Hollenbeck Street, near Ridge Road, September 18th.
Romero-Warren was working late at the shop, when Diaz-Escalera entered and immediately opened fire.
Investigators believe the shooting came as part of an ongoing dispute between the two.
Diaz-Escalera will be arraigned in City Court this morning.
