A Rochester man accused of attacking his girlfriend with a machete has pleaded guilty.
David Lampman was charged with attempted murder and assault for a vicious attack on Tina Schreib at the home they shared on Dewey Avenue.
Schrieb lost half her arm, among other injuries and continues to recover.
Sentencing for Lampman will be December 13th
The Monroe County District Attorney's Office says he will serve 20 years in prison.
