Rochester police have made an arrest in the two-week old shooting of a security guard at a Monroe Avenue bar.
Police say they identified 53-year-old Earl Dade as the man who shot and wounded the 37-year-old guard as he tried to break up a fight outside the bar.
Dade was located over the weekend on Edmonds Street and arrested on charges of assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
He was taken to the Monroe County Jail.
