Rochester police have made an arrest in a four-year-old murder case.
They've charged 31-year-old Jalen Reed of Rochester with second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon for the murder of 32-year-old Nathan Bernard.
Bernard was standing on a sidewalk on Genesee Street in April of 2020 when Reed approached and fired multiple shots at the group from a .40-caliber handgun.
Bernard was hit, and died later at the hospital.
Reed will be arraigned this morning in Rochester City Court.-
