The suspect still at large in the killings of two adults and two children last month in Irondequoit has just been added to the U.S. Marshals Service's 10 Most Wanted fugitives list in Puerto Rico.
Luis Francisco Soriano is the brother of captured suspect Julio Cesar Pimentel Soriano, and both are cousins of the father who was killed.
The family was tortured and killed and the bodies were found during a fire at their home on Knapp Avenue.
Police reportedly used security camera images to identify the suspects.
Authorities still won't comment on a motive.
