Rochester Youth Football Coach Shot in Buffalo

A youth football coach from Rochester is recovering at a hospital from a shooting while at a game in Buffalo.

It happened yesterday morning while the Flower City Panthers were playing the GR8 Elite Ducks.

Police say parolee Rashaan Mallory forced a man and woman into his car, drove to the game, robbed a woman, then tried to rob the coach and shot him twice.

He crashed during the getaway, and police recovered the gun.

Mallory is charged with kidnapping, assault, attempted murder, robbery and gun crimes.
