Teens Indicted in Fatal Brighton Stolen Car Crash

A Monroe County grand jury has indicted 3 teens in a stolen car crash last month that killed an elderly Brighton man.

17-year-old Theodice Parks faces charges including 2nd-degree murder, aggravated vehicular homicide, and manslaughter.

19-year-old Theophilus Parks is charged with assault and possession of stolen property.

19-year-old Trevan Simmons faces the same counts, along with a gun crime.

Prosecutors say the trio were in a stolen car that plowed into a car at Elmwood Avenue in Brighton.

92-year-old Thomas Chase died in the crash.

No word yet on when the teens will be arraigned.
