A Canandaigua man who pleaded guilty to another federal child pornography charge will serve 5 more years in prison.
Prosecutors say 27-year-old Preston Herbst uploaded illicit images to Snapchat a year ago while waiting to report to prison on a previous child porn conviction.
Herbst had been sentenced to 3 years in prison, after the FBI found over 130 images of child porn, with some involving victims as young as 5.
The two sentences will be served consecutively.
