Two Rochester parents are charged with manslaughter, after their 3-month-old son was fatally mauled earlier this month.
Police say 19-year-olds Sulamain Hawkins Senior and Anastasia Weaver left 3-month-old Sulamain Hawkins Jr. in the attic of a home on Bidwill Terrace August 3rd, while they went downstairs to smoke marijuana.
Two dogs were up there as well, and the baby was found unresponsive.
He later died at the hospital.
Police say Hawkins and Weaver did not live at the home.
Both will be arraigned tomorrow morning.
