Rochester Teen Pleads Guilty in Fatal Shooting

One of the two teens indicted in a deadly shooting on Rochester's northeast side last fall has pleaded guilty to manslaughter.

17-year-old Jordan Torres was originally charged with murder, robbery and gun crimes.

He was accused of gunning down 32-year-old Shalar Davy last October on Portland Avenue, near Norton Street, during a robbery.

Torres will be sentenced to 24 years in prison on September 4th.

Co-defendant Eric Thomas pleaded guilty to a robbery charge, and he'll be sentenced September 11th.
