A man is dead, after a crash in Rochester's Upper Falls neighborhood.
Police say a minivan hit the 38-year-old man's cycle at St. Paul Boulevard and St. Bridget’s Drive at around dinnertime yesterday.
He was rushed to Strong Hospital but died a short time later.
Police believe he may be from Wayne County.
There's no word on charges against the driver, who police say was not high or drunk at the time.
