A Rochester man who took a plea deal in the fatal shooting of a teen on the city's northeast side will serve 17 years in prison.
Raymar Alexander pleaded guilty in May to 1st-degree manslaughter.
Alexander was just 16, when prosecutors say he gunned down 17-year-old Chance Mosley on Weld Street in November 2022.
He was arrested a few days later, and shot himself during a scuffle with police.
