2nd Man Sentenced in Fatal Dewey Ave. Drive-By Shooting

One of the two men arrested in a deadly drive-by shooting from a stolen car will serve 25 years in prison.

19-year-old Keyvin Miller pleaded guilty in May to 1st-degree manslaughter.

He and 27-year-old Kirsean Chatfield were originally charged with murder and gun crimes in the shooting death of 21-year-old Eric Martin on Dewey Avenue in May of last year.

Police say Martin was not the intended target.

The suspects then used another stolen car to shoot at a group of people on Parsells Avenue an hour later.

No one was hurt in that shooting.

Chatfield was sentenced earlier this month to 15 years in prison.
