Charges have been filed against a driver in the crash on 590 that injured a state trooper and two others.
59-year-old Donald Natale of Rochester faces charges including reckless endangerment and driving while impaired by drugs.
It happened yesterday after the trooper had pulled over a driver near Route 104.
Troopers say Natale's car sideswiped the other two.
The trooper and both drivers were taken to Strong Hospital.
