A Batavia man is facing charges, after a weekend standoff that shut down a portion of South Main Street.
Police say 53-year-old Martin Jones tried to break into an apartment at around noontime Friday, after threatening a resident with a gun during an argument.
Jones surrendered after holing up inside for over 2 hours.
He faces burglary, menacing, and harassment, and is being held without bail.
