A convicted Rochester sex offender has pleaded guilty to a federal child pornography charge.
Prosecutors say 48-year-old Gregory Pum had photos and a video of child porn on his electronic devices during a search in June 2022.
And more images were discovered on his cellphone in March, while Pum was on pre-trial release.
Pum was convicted of similar charges in Monroe County court in 2014 and served 6 months in prison.
He now faces at least 10 years in prison when he's sentenced in September.
