A person is in custody following a police pursuit that began on the Thruway in Farmington and continued into the city of Rochester.
The Chrysler 300 had been reported stolen, and troopers say the driver failed to pull over for them.
The chase ended in a crash last night at the corner of South Clinton Avenue and Linden Street.
That's where the car being pursued hit another car and a parked car.
Troopers say no one was hurt, and charges are pending.
