A man is in custody in Ohio in connection with a homicide last month on Avenue D in Rochester.
Police say 21-year-old Cesar Manuel Soto-Roman shot 54-year-old Jose Caraballo during an argument.
Police say the men were neighbors in the same apartment house.
The U.S. Marshals found Soto-Roman yesterday in Euclid, Ohio.
At the time of his arrest, he had a loaded handgun.
Once he is extradited, he will face murder charges in Rochester.
Police say he is also wanted on gun charges in Puerto Rico.
