Rochester police have made an arrest in a double homicide earlier this month on Rialto Street.
23-year-old Jermaine Williams faces two counts of 2nd-degree murder.
Police say he fired over a dozen shots at a porch May 6th, killing 43-year-old Timothy Chealey of Rochester and 46-year-old Shatina Jones of Buffalo.
It's believed the shooting came after an altercation earlier that evening at the Sexy Redd concert at Blue Cross Arena.
A 3rd person was wounded in the shooting, but survived.
