A former Rochester school bus driver has pleaded guilty to attempting to receive child pornography.
Seventy-five-year-old Tomas Rosario was indicted last year on several federal charges.
He was recorded by cameras on the bus allowing the girl, more than once, to sit in the front seat while having a sexually explicit conversation with her. He also told the girl to send him explicit pictures of herself.
He will be sentenced in September to at least five years in federal prison.
