Rochester police have made an arrest in a fatal hit and run from November 2022.
They say 30-year-old Timothy Tabron was racing another driver on Brown Street.
Their cars hit a car driven by 30-year-old Alivia Curl, and she was dead at the scene.
A Monroe County grand jury has charged Tabron with 2nd-degree manslaughter and leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
Tabron is already in jail on unrelated charges.
