The Rochester man who killed a man outside an after-hours party will serve 15 years in prison
31-year-old Saquan Felton pleaded guilty earlier this year to 1st-degree manslaughter.
Police say he opened fire during an argument outside Burrito Urbana on State Street in the summer of 2022.
Jameik Foster Senior of Rochester was killed, and a man in his 30s was wounded.
Felton was arrested nearly a month later in Nevada.
