Rochester police have charged two brothers after police broke up a group of reckless riders on four-wheelers and dirt bikes.
It happened yesterday afternoon on East Main Street, just west of Culver Road.
Four officers were hurt, including one who police say was intentionally hit by a rider on a four-wheeler.
RPD Captain Greg Bello tells Bob Lonsberry two of those officers may be out of work long-term.
27-year-old Alexis Lugo-Torres and 26-year-old Alexander Lugo-Torres are each charged with assault and resisting arrest.
Alexis also faces reckless endangerment, while Alexander is charged with gun crimes.
