Rochester Pair Plead Guilty in Fatal Drive-By Shooting

Both men arrested in a deadly drive-by shooting from a stolen car have pleaded guilty today to 1st-degree manslaughter.

27-year-old Kirsean Chatfield and 18-year-old Keyvin Miller were originally charged with murder and gun crimes in the shooting death of 21-year-old Eric Martin on Dewey Avenue in May of last year.

Police say Martin was not the intended target.

The suspects then allegedly used another stolen car to shoot at a group of people on Parsells Avenue an hour later.

No one was hurt in that shooting.

Both were also wanted for separate shootings at houses over the summer.

Miller will be sentenced to 25 years in prison next month, while Chatfield will get 15 years.
