Man Indicted in Taxicab Driver's Killing

The man arrested in the robbery and shooting death of a taxicab driver last month has been indicted.

36-year-old David Porter now faces 1st- and 2nd-degree murder, along with robbery and gun crimes.

He's charged in the killing of David Treese III.

Police say Porter got in Treese's cap, pistol-whipped him, shot him, and stole his cab.

Police say Porter has three prior felonies and three prior misdemeanors and was wanted on a warrant for obstruction of breathing.
