One man is dead, after a stabbing on Rochester's east side.
Police say it happened this afternoon at the Winter Garden Towers on East Main Street.
The victim was taken to the hospital, but died of his injuries.
Investigators believe it was an isolated incident, and there's no threat to the general public.
The victim has not been identified, and there's no word on any arrests.
