UPDATE: The Hamlin man who was critically wounded in a shooting that also killed his wife has died at the hospital.
Seventy-two-year-old John Poprawski and his wife Deborah were shot April 25th at their home on Monroe-Orleans County Line Road.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office has identified the victims of a Thursday afternoon shooting in Hamlin.
71-year-old Deborah Poprawski was found dead of a gunshot wound at a home on Monroe-Orleans County Line Road.
Her husband, 72-year-old John H. Poprawski, remains in critical condition at the hospital.
Deputies say the shooting was an isolated incident, and there's no threat to the general public.
There are no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.
