A Greece man who's already awaiting sentencing in Ontario County for raping a teenager, is now charged with trying to pay a hitman with drugs to kill the judge and the lead prosecutor.
Alexander Kise allegedly had his girlfriend, Alydia Gater, pay the hitman with $1700 worth of Xanax pills.
State Police Captain Kevin Sucher says the hitman was actually an undercover investigator.
Kise likewise faces attempted murder, conspiracy, and drug charges.
A teenage girl is charged with attempted murder and conspiracy.
District Attorney Jim Ritts says Kise was overheard doing the plotting, leading to the investigation.
Kise was convicted last month of charges he held a teenager captive and raped her.
