The longtime girlfriend of Brittanee Drexel's killer is facing federal charges.
56-year-old Angel Vause has been indicted on 3 counts of lying to federal investigators.
Prosecutors say she lied about the night Drexel was killed in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in 2009.
She allegedly told the FBI Drexel went with her and Raymond Moody willingly.
She also allegedly disposed of Drexel's cellphone after she was killed.
Moody was convicted of Drexel's murder in October 2022, and is serving life without parole.
