Feds: Rochester Man Lured 13-Year-Old to Hotel for Sex

A Rochester man is accused of luring a child to a hotel for sex.

Federal prosecutors say 30-year-old Jonathan Woody had the 13-year-old driven to a Greece hotel, where he plied the victim with alcohol and marijuana before engaging in sex acts.

The victim's family noticed the child was missing, but the child returned home on their own and told their family what had happened.

Woody is charged with enticement of a minor, which carries a minimum 10-year prison sentence.
